Thirty layers of gloss heavy gel made it difficult to get an accurate scan of this painting (especially the color of the background).

My aunt has always been enthusiastic and supportive of my painting, so I was excited to paint this for her and my uncle (who took a great photo of Jackson at the riverside that looks like a painting), and I hope to paint more in the future.
